Service Point and Ultima Displays: looking to the future

July 2009
It’s a landmark year for both companies; Service Point, the international document, print and information management group celebrates 90 years in business and Ultima Displays, Europe’s leading manufacturer and distributor of portable presentation systems celebrates its 10 year anniversary.
Both companies have grown steadily over recent years and for Service Point this was marked by the launch of their largest document and print management centre in London Tower Bridge on 25th June, officially opened by Simon Hughes, Shadow Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change.
Service Point and Ultima have enjoyed a profitable business relationship for seven years and the new centre will offer complete display and exhibition solutions that will feature a range of Ultima’s display products. With the shared ethos of offering cost-effective solutions that respond to the demands of the industry, and increasingly, for consideration of environmental issues, Ultima is able to assist Service Point with providing products on demand, that deliver what customers really need. These include the introduction of some new products that use replenishable materials such as pine and bamboo banners.
Ultima boasts a dedicated product development team who are constantly assessing market demands and developing new and innovative display solutions, so looking to the future, there will be plenty of exciting new ideas on offer.
‘Service Point has the only international network of centres supporting the exhibition and display industry. We have 40 centres across the UK, seven with dedicated exhibition show rooms, supported by the other 33. We need suppliers with the range and infrastructure to support this. Ultima is such a company and we are pleased to be continuing our long standing relationship with them’, Kevin Godfrey, Marketing & Communications Manager.
