From small beginnings in a small industrial 1000 sq ft unit in Kettering in 1999 with 7 people, Ultima has grown rapidly and consistently over the last 10 years to where it is today, a market leading company housed in a 70,000 sq ft facility in Corby employing 150 people, with worldwide sales.

We have learnt a lot over the years about what customers want and need in terms of products and services and has forged strong partnerships with many customers, some of whom have worked with Ultima since the beginning. The partnership ethos continues to be a key focus for the business and will undoubtedly be key to our future growth into our next decade.

Clearly the last year has been challenging for the business as it has been for everyone. However we have met those challenges and emerged as a leaner, more efficient business ready to capitalise on the hard work we have put in over the 10 years. Over the next 12 months we will be launching a number of exciting new initiatives and services designed to add more value to our customer experience.

Ultima marked its milestone with a ‘Fun Day’ event for staff on Friday 14th August. There were plenty of fund raising events on the day which raised over £200 for Lakelands Hospice, the charity the company has been supporting for a number of years.
